If for any reason you have decided not to assemble this product, return it via the same freight method as received with the shipping charges paid. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt for credit consideration.
Merchandise should be returned in new condition and in the original box(es) as received, if possible. All paperwork should be included with your return to insure a prompt and accurate credit. The credit card and card number used to purchase your merchandise will be credited upon receipt and inspection. The credit will not include shipping charges. The return shipping charge may be different than the original shipping charge. Please call Customer Service at 800.501.1110 if you have any questions.
Damaged/Missing Merchandise
Every effort has been made to ensure that your furniture arrives in excellent condition. If you have a damaged or missing part, or if you need assembly assistance, contact the Sauder Customer Service Department: 1.800.523.3987 or info@sauder.com.
If the shipping carton has been damaged during transit and the furniture has been damaged, call us immediately at: 1.800.501.1110.
Please DO NOT RETURN the merchandise without first contacting us.
